Student Line is a counselling helpline specifically geared towards students   Please note that this service is only available through Universities that sign up for their students, not to individuals/students themselves.

This service includes :

  • 24-hour counselling service and 24-hour medical helpline.
  • Debt counselling.
  • Financial advice.
  • Legal advice.
  • Employment law for first job/post.
  • Drug and alcohol advice.
  • General health advice.
  • Sexual health advice.
  • Pregnancy advise.
  • Ergonomic advice to students working on computers.
  • Landlord advice.
  • Homesickness
  • Exam pressures
  • Relationship issues
  • Personality disorders
  • Anxiety and panic attacks
  • General well-being and school/life balance
  • Access to face to face counselling with further approval from the University or referral to own GP

This service can be used by each individual as many times during a year as required. No personal information is released to any third party, it is entirely CONFIDENTIAL.
